Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope
These T&C apply to all orders placed via klebify.ch between klebify (sole proprietorship, Ebikon LU) and consumers as well as businesses.
2. Contract formation
By clicking "Order now" you place a binding order. The contract is formed upon our order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices in CHF including statutory VAT. Payment via credit card, TWINT, or bank transfer. Shipping costs are shown separately.
4. Delivery
We currently ship within Switzerland only: dispatch in 2–4 business days, delivery in 1–2 days – all with tracking. Delivery delays do not entitle you to cancel the order.
5. Withdrawal and returns
Standard products: 14-day right of return from receipt. Personalised/custom stickers are excluded from the right of return. For quality defects: free replacement or full refund.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of klebify until full payment has been received.
7. Copyright and usage rights
You guarantee that you hold the necessary usage rights for all uploaded images. klebify assumes no liability for copyright infringements caused by content submitted by the customer.
8. Liability
klebify is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Privacy
Information on data processing can be found in our privacy policy at klebify.ch/datenschutz.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
